G01 - Product Operations Specialist
Plan and coordinate production releases to ensure smooth deployments
The Product Operations Specialist plans, coordinates, and manages production releases, including preparing release plans and securing approvals. They monitor and manage day-to-day system operations to ensure stability, performance, and adherence to SLAs. They triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents in collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production releases including preparing release plans and securing approvals
- Monitor and manage day-to-day system operations to ensure system stability and performance
- Triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
- Analyse system performance metrics and operational data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities
- Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis to drive preventive measures
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Operations, Service Delivery, or a related role
- Proven experience in production support, incident management, and release coordination in SLA-driven environments
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), deployment processes, and Agile or DevOps environments
- Basic proficiency in data querying (e.g., SQL) and ability to analyse system logs and performance data
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or equivalent ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist to ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of digital products by working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage production releases, including preparing release plans, securing approvals, and ensuring smooth deployments with proper rollback and escalation procedures Monitor and manage day-to-day system operations, ensuring system stability, performance, and adherence to defined SLAs Triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents in collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing timely updates to stakeholders Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and best practices to enhance efficiency and system reliability Analyse system performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for optimisation Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis, and drive preventive measures to reduce recurring issues and improve overall system resilience Support production troubleshooting through data querying, log analysis, and system investigation Requirements 3–6 years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Operations, Service Delivery, or a related role within a technology environment Proven experience in production support, incident management, and release coordination in SLA-driven environments Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), deployment processes, and working in Agile or DevOps environments Basic proficiency in data querying (e.g., SQL) and ability to analyse system logs and performance data Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or equivalent ticketing and workflow management systems Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
