Build and ship full-stack features using TypeScript and AI agents
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Babou, you will build and ship product features that power marketing campaigns triggered by deploys, designs, and documentation. You'll work across the stack using TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres, while managing heavy media processing and AI agents in production. The role involves moving fast without sacrificing quality, ensuring systems remain reliable and performant at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy full-stack features using TypeScript across frontend and backend
- Develop and maintain AI agents that automate marketing campaign generation
- Manage and optimize media job processing pipelines in production
- Ensure system reliability and performance while shipping code rapidly
- Collaborate on designing systems that respond to deploys, designs, and documentation changes
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining large production systems
- Proficiency with TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres
- Experience working with AI agents and LLMs in production environments
- Ability to identify when an LLM is incorrect and intervene appropriately
- Track record of shipping code quickly without introducing slop or technical debt
