Full Stack Developer (AI Solutions)

The Role You will join a strategic initiative focused on integrating artificial intelligence and automation into delivery processes, helping improve efficiency and service quality across projects. You will contribute to the development of end-to-end solutions, adapting them to different environments and real-world use cases. Responsibilities: Develop full-stack applications, contributing across frontend and backend layers Design and implement APIs and services supporting AI-driven solutions Collaborate with product teams, architects, and AI specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions Integrate applications with cloud platforms, data services, and automation tools Apply engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, security, code quality) Contribute to technical decisions in microservices and cloud-native environments Maintain and enhance applications ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability Who You Are Must Have 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer Experience in at least one backend language (Java, Python, or similar) Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) Understanding of software development best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD basics) Ability to collaborate effectively in agile, cross-functional teams Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases Interest or experience in AI, GenAI, automation, or related technologies Being You The "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
