Key Responsibilities
- Design and build new features for web and mobile platforms
- Simplify existing services and scale systems during rapid growth
- Own solutions end-to-end, including architecture, edge cases, and trade-offs
- Use AI agents to accelerate implementation and rigorously review generated code
- Create reusable patterns to improve codebase consistency
- Collaborate with engineering teammates through planning, pairing, testing, reviewing, and delivery
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional software development experience
- Firm grasp of JavaScript or TypeScript, including ES6+ syntax
- Deep experience with React, composition, hooks, state, and rendering
- Experience with React Native (strong plus, not required)
- Familiarity with Next.js (plus, not required)
- Comfortable working with AI agents day to day, including scoping and reviewing output
