Comvex | Full Time | Multiple Roles | REMOTE (US, South America) We're a healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) technology company looking for our first set of full hires to help us build out our technology pipeline. RCM experience for these roles is a MUST. The Roles: Forward Deployment Engineer * EHR Integrations * Senior-level * 7+ years * 150-190K Design and build EHR integrations across customer EHR platforms (e.x. Epic, Athena, ModMed, eClinicalWorks) via API (FHIR, HL7) or RPA/computer vision based integrations. Work directly with medical billing teams automate workflows and roll out deployments. Join discovery calls, onboarding sessions, technical troubleshooting, rollout and go live discussions. You MUST have EHR integration experience for this role. Platform Engineer * AWS/Data Pipeline Experience * Senior-level * 6+ years * 140K-160K Design, build, and expand our core task pipeline, and data infrastructure platform. Work with healthcare billing data (837, 835, 270/271), HL7 and FHIR data. Experience with data engineering and/or infrastructure engineering with some DevOps experience and a solid understanding of RCM processes is the type of person we're looking for here. We're AWS based cloud infra heavy leveraging a number of Python based Lambdas. Full Stack Web Developer * Django, Next, Node * Mid-level * 4+ years * 110K-130K A focus on automation of workflows and integration with 3rd party APIs. Hands-on experience with Playwright in production environments. Direct familiarity with clearinghouses (Change Healthcare, Availity, Waystar, or similar) and insurance payer portals. Full stack web dev experience building out reporting and dashboards mainly customer/internal. IT Specialist * AWS Cloud + On Prem * Senior-level * 10+ years * 90-110K Deep familiarity with Teams and Microsoft based cloud and on prem software. Hands-on AWS experience in practical administration of production cloud deployments. Strong troubleshooting instincts and comfort working independently. The ability to role up your sleeves and learn the best ways to configure, monitor and manage any application or service. We just got our funding finalized and it's time to take our POC from a pitch into a full product. All roles are fully remote and open to anywhere in the USA or South America. Rates are dependent on experience and location. Stack is mainly the same for all roles (Python, Django, OpenCV, Node, React, Claude). RCM experience for most roles is a must.
