Forward Deployed Engineer - I

Troubleshoot AMR technical issues and coordinate remote support handover

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AMRs, ROS navigation, PLCs, and associated software. Coordinate with the remote support team for an efficient handover of projects during the hypercare phase. Predict and notify the team lead of any safety issues.
