Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial reconciliation across multiple platforms
- Experience in month-end closing activities and journal entries
- Ability to prepare financial reports and variance analyses
- Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance procedures
- Skill in supervising and training staff on financial procedures
