The Field Collection Collector is responsible for visiting clients to collect outstanding payments and ensure timely debt recovery. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle sensitive financial matters with discretion. What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian • Visit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans. • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions. • Assess clients’ financial situations and provide appropriate solutions. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during collection activities. • Report regularly to the Collection Manager on progress and any issues encountered. • Handle client inquiries and resolve disputes in a professional manner. • Collaborate with the internal team to improve collection strategies and processes.
