Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor relationships for card access, CCTV, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure
Coordinate daily custodial and security services for facility operations
Implement and track preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems
Maintain accurate records of facility activities, expenses, and compliance documentation
Develop and maintain emergency response plans including fire drills and evacuation procedures
Generate facility performance reports for management review

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Project Management, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in built environment (MEPF) and security access management
Experience managing business continuity and disaster recovery processes
Proven facility management experience preferably in a BPO or corporate environment
Proficiency in advanced MS Office, especially MS Excel
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
