Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor relationships for card access, CCTV, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure
Coordinate daily custodial and security services for facility upkeep
Implement and track preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems
Maintain accurate records of facility activities, expenses, and compliance documentation
Generate facility performance reports for management review
Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Project Management, IT, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in MEPF or security access management
Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a BPO or corporate setting
Proficiency in advanced MS Office, especially MS Excel
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced and growing company environment
