Key Responsibilities

  • Define and validate user or business needs through research and analytics

Requirements

  • Strong grasp of design systems and components
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and motion/prototyping tools
  • Ability to analyze UX data and turn insights into design improvements
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflow
  • Bachelor's in Design or related field
  • 3-5 years of UI/UX experience

Ensure design deliverables are complete, well-documented, and ready for cross-departmental handoff. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Strong grasp of design systems and components. Being able to use AI tools to enhance design workflow is a strong point. Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, and motion/prototyping tools. Capable of analyzing UX data and turning insights into design improvements. Excellent organization, collaboration, and time management. Detail-oriented with a pixel-perfect mindset. Strong critical thinking and updated on the latest design trends. Bachelor's in Design or related field, with 3-5 years of UI/UX experience. Have a strong UI/UX portfolio
