Define and validate user or business needs through research and analytics, then translate insights into design artefacts such as wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes. Design seamless multi-device experiences for mobile and desktop, integrating micro-interactions and motion. Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to turn user behavior, metrics, and heatmaps into actionable design improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and validate user or business needs through research and analytics
- Translate insights into design artefacts including wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes
- Design seamless multi-device experiences for mobile and desktop with micro-interactions and motion
- Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable design improvements
- Maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity, CMS alignment, and continuous iteration
Requirements
- Strong grasp of design systems and components
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and motion/prototyping tools
- Ability to analyze UX data and turn insights into design improvements
- Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflow
- Bachelor's in Design or related field
- 3-5 years of UI/UX experience
