The Enterprise/Fintech Partnership Manager will build and manage strategic partnerships with enterprise and fintech organizations to expand Ethena Labs' ecosystem. This is a full-time, 100% remote role with no geographical restrictions, allowing work from anywhere globally. The role focuses on identifying, negotiating, and maintaining partnerships that drive growth and adoption.

- Track and report on partnership performance and impact on ecosystem growth
Requirements
- Experience in partnership development or business development
- Understanding of enterprise and fintech sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with partnership lifecycle management
