This is a <strong>high-impact role</strong> where you’ll be directly responsible for one of Discord’s major business lines, delivering premium experiences that create real value for users while driving <strong>company revenue</strong>.</p> <p>You’ll partner closely with Product to define and execute on long-term strategy, leading a full-stack team of engineers working across web, Android, and iOS. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize the most impactful work, guide the technical direction of the team, and jump into the code when needed. You help your team and cross-functional partners overcome obstacles and resolve blockers so the work keeps moving.</li> </ul> <h5><strong>Bonus Points </strong></h5> <ul> <li>You understand the gaming industry</li> <li>You have experience working on teams focused on growth, particularly in revenue generation, e-commerce or product monetization</li> <li>Strong track record of driving measurable impact through experimentation and data driven decision making</li> <li>Experience with the full lifecycle of consumer products: attracting new users, driving engagement, sustaining retention, and optimizing monetization outcomes</li> <li>You are a Discord user, and understand the core features and flow of Discord communications</li> </ul> <p><em>For this role, there is no formal requirement to work from the office.</em></p> <p><em>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $248k to $341k + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
