Engagement Manager
Drive customer success by managing end-to-end automation implementations
As an Engagement Manager at Automation Anywhere, you will lead customer engagements to deploy Agentic Process Automation solutions. You will manage the full lifecycle of automation projects, from discovery and design through implementation and optimization. Your work ensures customers achieve measurable value from the company's AI-powered automation platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer engagement lifecycle for automation projects
- Lead process discovery and design sessions with client stakeholders
- Coordinate implementation of RPA, document processing, and analytics solutions
- Track project milestones and ensure delivery of enterprise-grade automation
- Collaborate with technical teams to orchestrate end-to-end workflows
- Monitor post-implementation performance and drive optimization recommendations
Requirements
- Experience managing customer engagements or implementation projects
- Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) or intelligent automation
- Ability to lead process discovery and design workshops
- Familiarity with document processing and analytics in automation contexts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with enterprise-grade software platforms
