LIFE AT UIPATH The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you? YOUR MISSION You'll own the end-to-end experience of UiPath's internal content and enablement platforms, supporting GTM teams through effective, in-flow-of-work learning and content delivery. You'll translate business needs into a clear platform vision and drive the development of scalable, AI-enabled enablement experiences that improve seller productivity and revenue outcomes — working at the intersection of product, enablement, and business operations, and partnering closely with GTM, marketing, engineering, and enablement teams to deliver impactful user experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH Platform discovery and vision - Lead discovery with GTM stakeholders (Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Marketing) to identify enablement and workflow needs. - Define and evolve a clear platform vision aligned to seller productivity and business priorities. - Own intake and validation of new enablement experiences, assessing their user value, fit within the tech stack, and recommended integration into the overall experience. Platform product ownership - Translate platform vision into prioritized requirements, features, and workflow improvements. - Partner with technical teams to deliver platform capabilities and integrations. - Ensure the platform supports in-flow-of-work enablement and seamless access to content and guidance. Experience validation and optimization - Define and track success metrics — usage, adoption, productivity impact, and engagement. - Test and iterate on platform features based on user feedback and data. - Continuously improve how enablement content is surfaced and consumed within GTM workflows. Stakeholder engagement and alignment - Align stakeholders on platform priorities, roadmap, and expected business impact. - Educate GTM teams on effective use of the platform to drive productivity and outcomes. - Partner with enablement, operations, and content teams to ensure consistent execution. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM - 5+ years in product management, platform ownership, or enablement technology roles. - Experience working with GTM teams (Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success) and understanding their workflows. - Proven ability to translate business needs into product features and workflow improvements. - Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders. - Familiarity with enablement platforms, CRM ecosystems, or content delivery tools is a plus. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. #LI-FF1 Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
