The E-Replenishment Staff will manage e-commerce stock and execute physical distribution for a large FMCG cosmetics company in South Jakarta. Responsibilities include extracting data from multiple systems, working with tools like MS Excel and SAP, and ensuring processes are carried out according to schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce stock levels and replenishment execution
- Execute physical distribution processes in alignment with operational calendars
- Extract and analyze data from multiple systems including SAP and Excel

- Proactively communicate issues and escalate delays or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and support process adherence across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably FMCG or manufacturing
- Experience as Data Analyst or in Supply Chain roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP
- Strong English communication skills
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
