At Sanity.io http://Sanity.io, we’re building the future of AI-powered Content Operations. Our AI Content Operating System gives teams the freedom to model, create, and automate content the way their business works, accelerating digital development and supercharging content operations efficiency. Companies like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, Anthropic, COMPLEX, Nordstrom, and Morningbrew are using Sanity to power and automate their content operations. Sanity's go-to-market motion runs on the systems, data and process that Revenue Operations owns. As Director, Revenue Operations, you'll own that end to end and will be responsible to build automation into every process and system. You will take an AI-first mindset to build and maintain a modern Revenue Operations operating system from lead to close. This role will set the example across the GTM function on building with AI to streamline the business. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll lead a small team, and you'll also be in the systems yourself. You'll design the architecture and you'll build it. You'll report to the VP of Revenue Operations and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Enablement. WHAT YOU WOULD DO: AI Strategy & GTM Automation - Lead AI Transformation of RevOps: Execute an AI-first strategy across our GTM technology stack, systematically automating operational tasks to reallocate team capacity toward high-impact strategic growth. - Deploy Intelligent Agents: Design and deploy AI capabilities and autonomous agents across core revenue workflows—including pipeline forecasting, lead routing, automated prospecting, and deal intelligence—to drive pipeline velocity and rep productivity. GTM Systems Architecture & Tech Stack Ownership - Own Systems Roadmap: Architect, manage, and continuously optimize our core GTM platform ecosystem, including Salesforce, CPQ, and integrated tools for routing, data enrichment, and prospecting sequences. - Drive Operational Precision: Establish and enforce accurate account hierarchies, complex routing rules, and territory mapping to ensure seamless lead-to-opportunity execution. Data Governance & Account Integrity - Data Integrity Framework: Design and implement an enterprise data governance model across the tech stack to guarantee a single source of truth for downstream reporting engines and executive dashboards. GTM Strategy, Planning & Capacity - GTM Strategy & Allocation: Lead multi-tiered account segmentation (Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial), capacity modeling, territory design, and quota allocation to align go-to-market execution with overarching revenue goals. - Build the team - Lead and develop a small RevOps team, while staying close enough to the work to step in where needed. - Unblock the team technically as well as organizationally. ABOUT YOU: - Based in: [OPEN - North America / Europe] - 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with experience leading a team and owning core RevOps operations end to end. - Direct experience with building AI workflows and Agents to automate and eliminate manual work with demonstrated efficiency results. - Significant hands-on ownership of Salesforce. You build the reports, manage the objects and diagnose the data problems yourself - Direct experience with CPQ, deal desk and quote-to-cash - Comfortable in the data, whether that's SQL or a BI tool, and able to say what it means and what to do about it - A player-coach orientation. You're not above the details and you're happy owning the work yourself - You've partnered with Sales leadership as a peer, brought a clear point of view, and been willing to disagree - Experience at a company that scaled through a Series B to D inflection. Usage-based or developer-focused business models are a plus - Clear written communicator who documents what they build so other people can pick it up WHAT WE CAN OFFER: - A highly-skilled, inspiring, and supportive team - Positive, flexible, and trust-based work environment that encourages long-term professional and personal growth - A global, multi-culturally diverse group of colleagues and customers - Comprehensive health plans and perks - A healthy work-life balance that accommodates individual and family needs - Competitive stock options program and location-based salary WHO WE ARE: Sanity.io http://Sanity.io is a modern, flexible content operating system that replaces rigid legacy content management systems.
