Responsibilities: Strategic Vision: Develops and executes the Proposal Management department strategy in alignment with commercial, operational, and organizational priorities. Leads transformational initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, scalability, customer experience, and business outcomes across multiple teams and functions. Identifies opportunities to enhance departmental performance through innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement. Uses business, operational, and financial insights to inform strategic priorities, resource planning, and investment recommendations. Partners with commercial leadership to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and achievement of revenue and order targets. Recommends organizational design, workforce plans, and capability-building strategies to support current and future business needs. Drives a culture of continuous improvement by aligning departmental initiatives with organizational goals and long-term performance objectives. Uses financial performance, business forecasts, and operational metrics to guide strategic priorities and investment decisions. Leadership: Builds and maintains a high-performing management team through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and leadership development.
