Director for People

Lead people strategy to support global Bible translation teams

As Director for People at Wycliffe Bible Translators, you will provide strategic leadership for the organization’s people function, supporting over 4,000 languages in active translation. You will join the leadership team to help staff thrive in their mission-critical work, drawing on a track record in senior people leadership to shape HR strategy, talent development, and organizational culture in a global, remote-first environment.
