Headquarters: Remote About the role As a DevOps Engineer at Interop Labs, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure. You’ll work closely with Engineers to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate systems, and support development and production environments across multiple blockchain ecosystems. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed environment and is passionate about automation, monitoring, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable deployments across multiple environments. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform and scripting languages. Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc. Support and scale containerized infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services (e.g., AWS). Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across the stack, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline development workflows and ensure smooth production operations. Contribute to initiatives that enhance infrastructure reliability, security, and performance. Stay current with emerging DevOps and Web3 technologies and recommend improvements to our systems. Your profile 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or similar). Proficiency in scripting languages and infrastructure as code (e.g., Bash, Python, Terraform). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins) and deployment automation. Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK. Understanding of blockchain infrastructure, DeFi protocols, or decentralized systems. A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote team. Why us?
