Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
- Solid understanding of Linux administration, networking (DNS, TLS/SSL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Git, Artifactory/Nexus, SonarQube, Vault, or secrets managers

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background supporting large‑scale, highly regulated environments—ideally within the banking or financial services domain. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, container/orchestration platforms, and secure deployment pipelines for mission‑critical banking applications. This role requires close collaboration with Development, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to deliver reliable, automated, and compliant application deployments. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, or TeamCity. Implement automated build, test, deployment, and rollback processes. Integrate pipelines with code quality, security scanning, and approval workflows. Automate infrastructure provisioning using: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Helm, or Pulumi. Manage configuration using IaC patterns for repeatable, compliant environments. Support container platforms such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes / OpenShift. Manage environments across Dev, UAT, SIT, Pre‑Prod, and Production. Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, and network layers. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana). Implement DevSecOps practices including: SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, secrets management, vulnerability remediation. Ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements such as: MAS TRM, PCI-DSS, GDPR, internal audit controls. Enforce security baselines for CI/CD pipelines, servers, cloud accounts, and artifacts. Work within bank-grade release processes including: CAB approvals, migration planning, deployment governance, runbook creation. Implement blue‑green, canary, and zero‑downtime deployment patterns. Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3–8 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with: CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.) Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Shell/Python scripting Git, Artifactory/Nexus, SonarQube, Vault/Secrets Managers Solid understanding of: Linux administration Networking concepts (DNS, TLS/SSL, proxies) Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Preferred Banking Domain Experience Experience supporting applications in: Retail/Corporate Banking Payments, Cards, Loans, or Core Banking Financial Market Applications (FX, Derivatives, Treasury) Risk, Regulatory Reporting, or AML/Fraud platforms Experience implementing: Secure DMZ patterns Multi-zone network deployments (SDZ/HDZ) High-availability and DR configurations Soft Skills Strong analytical and debugging skills. Ability to work under strict timelines and regulatory constraints. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of owning complex automation tasks. Certifications (Nice to Have) Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD), Red Hat OpenShift. Terraform Associate Certification. Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps). ITIL Foundation certification.
