Manage fielding of hardware and software products worldwide
The Mission Readiness Team coordinates and executes the fielding of Anduril’s hardware and software products globally. This involves managing forward logistics, site installation, maintenance and repairs, field inventory management, sustainment, and reverse logistics. The team ensures effective customer and mission success by working across Product, Engineering, Growth, Business Development, Technical Operations, and Mission Operations.

Requirements
- Experience in deployment operations or field logistics
- Ability to coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams
- Knowledge of site installation and maintenance processes
- Experience with inventory management and sustainment workflows
- Familiarity with reverse logistics and field operations
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
