Develop production-ready AI solutions for a new B2C medical insurance product
Spearhead the digital transformation initiative for a major KL-based insurance company by customizing an existing health tech and wellness platform for enterprise use. Develop a new B2C medical insurance product, including building ML models and an LLM virtual agent. Deliver production-ready AI solutions while collaborating with product and engineering teams in a high-trust, remote-friendly environment with weekly in-person meetups.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver production-ready AI solutions including ML models and LLM virtual agents
- Customize existing health tech and wellness platforms (web and mobile) for enterprise customers
- Communicate with stakeholders to review needs, refine requirements, and determine timelines
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams based in KL supporting across SEA
- Exercise judgment to determine project timelines and take ownership of hands-on problem-solving
Requirements
- Python and SQL proficiency
- AWS experience
- Experience in cleaning and analyzing data
- Prototyping and testing ML models
- Good communication skills with non-tech stakeholders
