What will you do Research, develop and apply AI and deep learning techniques to improve our products and business operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can benefit from AI solutions Work with AI/MLOps team to implement AI solutions into production environments following high-quality software engineering standards Research and develop Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art techniques (e.g. Retrieval-Augmented Generation, model fine-tuning, and agentic frameworks) to improve user experiences and increase efficiency in business operations. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML/GenAI research and technologies Who we are looking for Have passion for building great and impactful technology Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields Strong background in Computer Science and Software Engineering including algorithms, data structures, software architecture, OOP, system design, etc. Proficiency with deep learning model development using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow Proficiency with common data science Python packages e.g. scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas) Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model development lifecycle. Experience with developing Generative AI applications is a plus Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI) is a plus Our Data & AI Team We are a group of adventure-loving folks with a diverse mix of skillsets.
