Data Migration Lead

Responsibilities Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of all data migration activities for the project. Manage the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Oversee data migration teams to ensure smooth execution, quality, and timely delivery. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, security, and compliance throughout the migration process. Coordinate with project stakeholders, business users, technical teams, and the Authority to resolve migration-related issues and dependencies. Monitor migration progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives. Support testing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities related to migrated data. Provide leadership and guidance to migration team members and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience managing data migration projects of similar scope, scale, and complexity, preferably for finance ERP or cloud-based ERP implementations. Experience leading at least 1 end-to-end data migration project in the capacity of Data Migration Lead. Strong hands-on understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities. Proven experience leading teams through the full data migration lifecycle. Strong knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance requirements in enterprise environments. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and project stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
