Data Center Operations Engineer — Low-Latency Trading Infrastructure
Build and maintain APAC datacentre infrastructure for low-latency trading systems
You will be directly involved in building, maintaining, and improving the firm’s APAC datacentre and colocation footprint. This includes racking, cabling, optics, power, server hardware, component integration, hardware refreshes, failed component replacements, and post-change verification. The role focuses on deploying and maintaining physical infrastructure to support algorithmic trading operations in Singapore and across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
- Rack and cable server hardware and networking equipment in datacentre facilities
- Install and test optical components and power systems for trading infrastructure
- Perform hardware refreshes and replace failed components with verification
- Integrate server hardware and components into existing colocation setups
- Conduct post-change verification to ensure infrastructure stability and performance
Requirements
- Experience with datacentre operations and physical infrastructure deployment
- Knowledge of server hardware, networking, optics, and power systems
- Ability to perform cabling, racking, and hardware integration tasks
- Experience with hardware refreshes and failed component replacement
- Familiarity with post-change verification procedures in colocation environments
