Original description from Ashby Job Boards

HEALF IS EUROPE'S FASTEST-GROWING COMPANY. Number one on the FT1000, number one on the Sifted 100. From £1m to over £100m in under three years, with a small, talent-dense team and an electric culture with day one founder intensity. Now we're aiming for £1bn in the next three. We curate the world's best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. That's the first chapter. THE NEXT CHAPTER IS HARDER AND MORE INTERESTING. We are moving from one market to many, from e-commerce to a technology platform, and from curating wellbeing to defining it. We are a health company, so we think we should act like one. At its fullest expression, Healf redefines what wellbeing means for tens of millions of people. Big vision. It gets won or lost in the inbox — that's where you come in. We're hiring two Customer Wellbeing Executives for this contract, working with Healf's customers across email, WhatsApp, live chat, and social. Strong performers will be considered for a permanent role at the end of the term, based on performance and demand. Healf has built something rare in the UK: half a million customers, and a brand people trust with their health across EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. As we grow, we need people who can hold that same standard — treating every interaction as a relationship to build, not a ticket to close. You'll be hands-on from day one, handling escalations and making sure every customer who reaches out walks away feeling looked after. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Every interaction. However it arrives, it's a reflection of who Healf is, not a ticket to close. - Resolution, not deflection. You solve problems properly the first time, without waiting to be asked twice. - The feedback loop. What customers tell you shapes the product, operations, and experience — you're the one surfacing it. WHY YOU'RE HEALF You don't need years of customer service experience — but you do need to genuinely care about people, communicate clearly in writing, and put things right without being asked twice. You move with ownership: you see what needs fixing and you fix it. You care about health and wellbeing, not because the job description says so, but because you believe expert-led, evidence-driven wellbeing is worth getting right for people. Nice to have: conversational or fluent French, German, Spanish, or Italian. Not required, but a real advantage as we expand further into Europe. THE DETAILS - 2 positions, 4 months (September–January), with scope to extend to a permanent role based on performance and demand - Remote, supporting the Healf customer team based in London - Working hours aligned to UK time zone THE DEAL We ask a great deal of the people who work here. We expect full ownership and a genuine commitment to give this chapter everything you have. In return, we will give you the same: everything we have, invested in your growth, your wellbeing, and the defining skills of the next decade. We have built the fastest-growing company in Europe with a team small enough that every person in it shapes the outcome. That is still true today. The next person we hire will change the trajectory of the company. IF THE MOST IMPORTANT WORK OF YOUR CAREER IS AHEAD OF YOU, THIS IS THE PLACE TO DO IT.
