Customer Support Agent (Part-time)
Provide email customer support to resolve global customer queries
Provide email customer support to assist with customer queries from around the world. Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, replicate customer experiences, and escalate when required. Maintain accurate records and follow communication procedures to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions via email and chat support channels
- Troubleshoot customer issues and replicate experiences to identify root causes
- Escalate complex queries to appropriate teams when required
- Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and methods
- Follow up to ensure complaint resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
- Keep records of issues for further investigation by functional teams
Requirements
- Excellent English writing and reading skills equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 850
- Good computer skills with familiarity in MS Office and Google applications
- Familiarity with smartphone/mobile devices and applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work requirements
