Our OEM partners build cutting-edge solutions across life sciences, semiconductor manufacturing, space biology, and industrial instrumentation. Unlike traditional inside sales or purely administrative customer service, this is a strategic, high-visibility role . OEM client relationships span 5 to 20+ years. As the dedicated Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region, you will take ownership of maintaining, nurturing, and proactively growing a portfolio of dozens of recurring OEM accounts. Because this is a brand-new position for the EMEA region, you will not just follow an existing blueprint—you will have the autonomy, strategic input, and ownership to build and shape how we engage, support, and retain our OEM customer base for the long term. Tasks Key Responsibilities Account Ownership & Retention: Serve as the primary commercial contact for established EMEA OEM accounts. Maintain regular touchpoints with customer purchasing, operations, and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery, fast problem resolution, and high retention. Proactive Commercial Growth: Go beyond reactive order processing. Track purchasing patterns, identify incremental expansion opportunities, manage quote-to-order conversions, and support contract execution. Co-Pilot Strategic Growth: Partner closely with regional Strategic Account Managers who focus on new business development. Handle commercial continuity so they can drive new design-ins, and seamlessly transition wins into long-term accounts. Global & Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate daily with local Customer Support (Prague), Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure seamless fulfillment and quick resolution of customer issues. Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate forecasting, customer data, and sales activity tracking within CRM to support global business planning. Periodic Customer Engagement: Connect with clients primarily via phone/video, supplemented by periodic face-to-face visits, trade shows, and internal team meetings across Europe (approx. once every two months). Requirements What We Are Looking For Experience: 3 to 7 years in inside sales, account management, or technical customer success within a B2B environment—ideally in scientific instrumentation, OEM, optics, semiconductors, or life sciences. Mindset & Ownership: High self-management, independence, and internal drive. You operate well above a basic administrative level—combining tactical execution with high-level vision and process design. Language Skills: English: Business fluency required. German: Strong written and spoken proficiency required (a major segment of regional accounts is based in Germany). French: Highly desirable / big advantage. Technical & System Savvy: Comfortable interacting with CRM/ERP tools and navigating technical product discussions with both engineering and commercial stakeholders. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Physics, or a related discipline preferred. EU based, being based in Prague, Czechia, is a plus. Benefits Why Join Us?
