Support global brands in managing translation projects using AI-native platform

As a Customer Success Associate at Smartling, you will support global brands in managing their translation projects on the company's AI-native translation platform. Your role involves ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing project coordination, and helping clients maximize the value of Smartling’s technology. You’ll work directly with enterprise clients to drive adoption and satisfaction as the company scales rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard enterprise clients onto the Smartling translation platform
Coordinate ongoing translation projects for global brands
Ensure clients achieve desired outcomes using AI-powered translation tools
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
Collaborate internally to improve client experience and platform adoption

Requirements

Experience in customer success, account management, or client support
Familiarity with translation management or localization processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
Comfort with learning and using AI-native software platforms
