Handle customer inquiries and coordinate domestic shipments for timely delivery
The Customer Service Domestic (Shipping) role manages customer communication, coordinates domestic shipment activities, and ensures excellent service delivery. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, monitoring shipment status, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires proactive communication with internal teams to support smooth logistics execution and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, and Logistics for smooth shipment execution
- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates, delays, and solutions to customers
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service disruptions while maintaining high satisfaction
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipment documentation and related records
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience
- Industrial Engineering background preferred
