Customer Service & Sales Rep - REMOTE WORK

Santa Ana, California (United States) Remote Customer Service & Sales Opportunity We're looking for outgoing, dependable individuals to join our remote team. You'll work with customers virtually, helping them navigate available options, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations based on their needs. Full training and ongoing guidance are provided. What You'll Be Doing Connect with customers through phone and virtual appointments Learn about each customer's needs and priorities Explain available products and services in an easy-to-understand way Recommend solutions that align with customer needs Respond to questions and provide ongoing assistance Follow up with customers when additional support is needed Maintain organized and accurate customer information Attend online training and team sessions What You Can Expect This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home while interacting with customers and your team online.
