Chesapeake, Virginia (United States) We're expanding our remote team and looking for individuals who are professional, motivated, and comfortable working directly with people. This position focuses on assisting working families who are looking for information about benefit programs available through their union, association, or professional organization. Rather than working from a traditional office, representatives connect with members virtually, making it possible to provide personalized service from home. No previous benefits experience is necessary. Training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided from the beginning. What Your Day Could Look Like Your primary responsibility is to make the benefit process easier for members to understand and navigate. Throughout the day, you may: Connect with members and coordinate virtual appointments Conduct consultations by phone or video conference Ask questions to understand each member's needs and priorities Review and explain available benefit programs Answer questions and provide clear, professional information Assist with digital applications and enrollment documentation Maintain accurate and organized client records Complete follow-ups and provide continued member support Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions The goal is to provide each member with a helpful, informative, and professional experience while developing relationships that extend beyond the initial appointment.
