Customer Service Intern - Malaysia
Address customer questions and concerns through email, phone, or chat
Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as email, phone, or chat. Assist customers with detailed information about products or services offered by the company. Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer claims requests and ensure accurate documentation is submitted for processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Address customer questions and concerns via email, phone, or chat
- Assist customers with product and service information
- Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly
- Handle customer claims requests and ensure accurate documentation
- Update and maintain customer information in company systems
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Product teams for seamless service
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate Bachelor's degree in any field
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Clear and effective communication in English and Bahasa
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
