Customer Service Executive - Indonesia
Handle daily customer service operations for B2B2C and B2C clients in Indonesia
As a Customer Service Executive at Igloo, you will follow procedures for Igloo products and serve as the first contact for customer inquiries. You will handle day-to-day customer service operations, update customer interaction records, and use omni-channel systems to support B2B2C and B2C clients in Indonesia. Your role includes achieving a customer satisfaction rate of no less than 90% and providing improvement ideas to the CS Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow procedures and working instructions for Igloo products related to B2B2C and B2C clients in Indonesia
- Act as the first point of contact for customer service operations inquiries
- Handle day-to-day customer service operations for Igloo products
- Update customer interaction records in proper documentation on a daily basis
- Use technology platforms and omni-channel operating systems for daily CS activities
- Achieve customer satisfaction rate score of no less than 90%
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2-3 years of experience preferably from relevant fields
- Ability to use technology platform/omni-channel operating system and office document system
- Excellent communication skills among team members and cross-functions
- Problem-solving and service excellence orientation
