Key Responsibilities
- Handle CTP/personal injury claims from initial client intake through to resolution.
- Assist solicitors with case preparation, research, and drafting of legal documents.
- Maintain accurate case files, manage deadlines, and liaise with clients, insurers, and medical providers.
- Conduct interviews, take statements, and gather evidence to support cases.
- Prepare and submit claims, including settlement negotiations and court filings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury law, preferably in Western Australia.
- Strong knowledge of CTP and personal injury legislation and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
- Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
