As a Critical Facilities Engineer, you will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure uninterrupted operation of data center infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in data center facilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on critical infrastructure equipment
- Respond to facility alarms and troubleshoot system anomalies to prevent downtime
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance
- Document system performance, maintenance activities, and incident reports for compliance
Requirements
- Experience with data center facility operations or critical environments
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
- Ability to respond to alarms and troubleshoot facility issues
- Familiarity with SLAs and uptime requirements for mission-critical infrastructure
- Experience working in 24/7 operational environments
