Manage high-volume credit portfolio to improve collections performance globally
Manage a high-volume credit portfolio and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to resolve disputes, improve billing processes, and drive collections performance across a global customer base. This is a hands-on, highly visible role focused on credit control for an international SaaS business on an initial 2-month contract with strong potential to extend. The position is fully remote and worldwide.
