Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Vietnam's market entry roadmap including regulatory pathways and budget planning
- Build and manage high-trust relationships with Ministries of Agriculture, Environment, and Climate
- Set up and oversee regional operations including basalt sourcing partners and logistics networks
- Lead country-level negotiations, MoUs, and public-private partnerships with NGOs and agribusinesses
- Represent Mati in regional climate forums, development networks, and donor conversations
- Establish demonstration plots and monitoring structures for ERW viability across agro-ecological zones
Requirements
- Experience in strategy development and market entry for climate or agricultural initiatives
- Proven ability to build and manage government and NGO partnerships
- Background in on-ground operations setup including logistics, field teams, and training systems
- Experience representing organizations in regional climate forums and donor discussions
- Ability to navigate regulatory pathways and secure partnerships with development agencies
- Experience in farmer-centric program delivery and product feedback loops
