Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Indonesia expansion roadmap including regulatory pathways and budget planning
- Build and manage high-trust relationships with Ministries of Agriculture, Environment, and Climate
- Set up and oversee regional operations including basalt sourcing, logistics networks, and field teams
- Lead country-level negotiations, MoUs, and public-private partnerships with NGOs and agribusinesses
- Establish demonstrative field trials and farmer training systems for ERW deployment
- Represent Mati in regional climate forums, donor conversations, and development networks
Requirements
- Experience in strategy development and market entry for climate or agritech initiatives
- Proven ability to build government and NGO partnerships at country level
- Background in on-ground operations setup including logistics, field teams, and training systems
- Experience navigating regulatory pathways and securing MoUs in emerging markets
- Track record in representing organizations in climate forums and donor conversations
- Ability to operate across agro-ecological zones and adapt to local value chains and community norms
