Cost Controller - Container Logistic Center (CLC)
Develop and maintain cost tracking tools and dashboards for business expenditures
The Cost Controller will monitor and control business expenditures, manage accruals and deferred costs, and prepare periodic cost reports and forecasts. They will validate invoices against budgets, analyze cost variances, and advise on cost optimization strategies. The role includes ensuring compliance with company policies and IFRS 16, supporting audits, and identifying process improvements in cost recognition and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cost tracking tools and dashboards
- Monitor and control business expenditures including product, project, or service costs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc cost reports and forecasts
- Validate invoices and progress claims against budgets
- Analyze cost variances and provide explanations for deviations
- Ensure cost compliance with company policies and IFRS 16 for lease expenses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience in cost monitoring and control
- Experience preparing budgets, financial estimates, and cost reports
- Experience validating invoices and progress claims
- Experience conducting cost-benefit analysis and advising on optimization strategies
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements
