CONTENT MODERATOR(TH-KH) JOB DESCRIPTION Handles the content safety of short-video products to ensure legal compliance. Coordinate with supervisors to deal with contents violating community guidelines and update operations standard. Perform audit of contents received for sharing on social media uploads. Review online videos / content / complaints / legal notices received from end-customer on incorrect decisions taken related to copyright work materials. Review and update content on popular social media platforms. AS per the role: there is possibility to be exposed to potentially harmful or sensitive content in each shift. Personal traits and self-management skills are needed to manage unique risks at a fast-paced environment within the industry. JOB REQUIREMENTS Vocational Certificate or Higher in any field. Enjoys spending time watching social media feed (is an advantage). Capable of withstanding potentially sensitive contents. English communication skill (B2 Results) + good verbal communication. Khmer and Thai Proficiency (review Khmer content). New graduates are welcome to apply. Start work immediately is an advantage.
