Content Moderator Team Leader
Lead content moderation teams to high-quality standards
The Team Leader for Content Moderators guides and develops the moderation team, ensuring adherence to policies and maintaining high-quality content standards. The role involves mentoring, coaching, and providing direction to team members, handling client inquiries, and leading team members to achieve targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in any relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience in BPO service
- At least 6 months of experience in people management and leadership
- Strong English communication skills (C1 Level)
