- Review user-generated content including text, images, videos, and comments
- Assess content against community guidelines and make judgment calls on removal
- Manage content safety for short-video products to ensure legal compliance
- Address inappropriate content reports and apply company policy
- Coordinate with supervisors on guideline-violating content and update operations standards
- Perform audits of content for social media sharing and review copyright-related complaints
Requirements
- Vocational Certificate or Higher in any field
- English communication skill at B2 level
- Good verbal communication
- Capable of withstanding potentially sensitive content
- Enjoys spending time watching social media feed (advantage)
