Content Moderator (Khmer- English)
Review short-video content for safety and legal compliance on social platforms
Handles content safety of short-video products to ensure legal compliance by reviewing online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices from end-customers. Coordinates with supervisors to address guideline violations and updates operational standards. Performs audits of content for social media sharing and reviews incorrect decisions related to copyright work materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Review online videos and content for policy violations and legal compliance
- Audit content received for sharing on social media uploads
- Review complaints and legal notices from end-customers regarding incorrect decisions
- Coordinate with supervisors to handle guideline-violating content
- Update content on popular social media platforms as needed
- Review and update operational standards based on content findings
Requirements
- Vocational Certificate or Higher in any field
- Native or near-native proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Khmer
- English communication skill at B2 level with good verbal communication
- Capable of withstanding potentially sensitive or harmful content
- Enjoys spending time watching social media feed (advantage)
- Able to work night, overnight, and Thailand Public Holiday shifts
