Content Moderator - Javanese Language (Bali, Indonesia)
Review user-generated content to enforce community guidelines and ensure safety
Review all user-generated content including text chats, images, videos, and comments to assess adherence to community guidelines. Make sound judgment calls to remove inappropriate or harmful material and maintain content safety for short-video products. Coordinate with supervisors on guideline violations and perform audits of content for social media sharing.

Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content such as text, images, videos, and comments for guideline compliance
- Assess content and make judgment calls to remove material violating community standards
- Manage content safety for short-video products to ensure legal and policy compliance
- Handle inappropriate content reports by applying company policy and coordinating with supervisors
- Perform audits of content intended for social media uploads and sharing
- Review online videos, complaints, and legal notices related to copyright decisions
Requirements
- Vocational Certificate or higher in any field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with B1 English proficiency
- Capable of withstanding exposure to potentially sensitive content
- Enjoys spending time watching social media feeds (advantageous)
- Ability to start immediately (advantageous)
