Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content such as text, images, videos, and comments for guideline compliance
- Make judgment calls to remove inappropriate or harmful content before it causes damage
- Manage content safety for short-video products to ensure compliance with legal standards
- Address inappropriate content reports and apply company policy
- Coordinate with supervisors to handle guideline-violating content and update operations standards
- Perform audits of content received for social media sharing and review legal notices from end-customers
Requirements
- English communication skill at B2 level
- Ability to withstand exposure to potentially sensitive or harmful content
- Enjoyment of spending time watching social media feeds
- Personal traits and self-management skills for fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure swift action on violations
