Content Moderator (Bali, Indonesia)
Review user-generated content to enforce community guidelines and ensure safety
Review all user-generated content including text chats, images, videos, and comments to assess adherence to community guidelines. Make judgment calls to remove inappropriate or harmful material and manage content safety for short-video products. Coordinate with supervisors on guideline violations and perform audits of content for social media sharing. Address inappropriate content reports and apply company policy to maintain community standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content such as text, images, videos, and comments for guideline compliance
- Assess content and make judgment calls to remove material violating community standards
- Manage content safety for short-video products to ensure legal and policy compliance
- Coordinate with supervisors to address guideline-violating content and update operations standards
- Perform audits of content received for social media uploads and sharing
- Review and address complaints, legal notices, and incorrect decisions related to copyright materials
Requirements
- English communication skill at B2 level
- Ability to withstand exposure to potentially sensitive or harmful content
- Enjoys spending time watching social media feeds
- Personal traits and self-management skills for fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of policies and procedures for swift identification and removal of inappropriate content
