Lead compliance, governance, risk, and business continuity programs for a leading international managed services provider, primarily serving the banking and finance sector. Implement and maintain ISO, SOC, and GDPR standards through audit and compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks aligned with ISO, SOC2, and GDPR standards.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance across all relevant standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes.
- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and reports.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering ISO, SOC, and GDPR compliance projects.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations within banking and finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with risk management and business continuity planning.
