Requirements

  • Excellent written English with adaptability across different platforms
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Figma
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and editing
  • Organized, autonomous, and reliable work ethic

About This Job A remote, flexible part-time internship with real ownership over live channels and campaigns. Varied experience across two different mission-driven organisations — charity sports challenges and humanitarian tech. Direct exposure to running campaigns with real partner organisations, NGOs and international networks. Paid internship Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, International Relations, Media Studies, Graphic Design or a related field. Excellent written English; comfortable adapting tone across social media, newsletters and website content. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). Experience with Canva, Figma or similar design tools. Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Manus) to support content creation, editing and research, while ensuring high-quality, accurate output. Organised, autonomous and reliable — able to manage schedules and priorities across two organisations without close supervision. Interest in humanitarian action, social impact, international development or technology for good. it will be nice if you have Experience with Mailchimp or another email marketing platform. WordPress experience for website content. Comfort reading basic social media analytics/KPIs. French and/or Spanish. Potential Tasks OuiRace (2 days/week) Plan, design and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, keeping a consistent weekly posting rhythm for ongoing challenges (e.g. Memorun). Create visuals using Canva/CapCut, following existing templates and brand guidelines. Build and send newsletters via Mailchimp, following existing templates and structure. Support ongoing charity campaigns, including partner association and influencer/agency follow-up. Reply to comments and messages, monitor engagement, and track basic KPIs. Keep the Canva library, Google Drive and shared assets organised. Relief Applications (1 day/week) Draft and edit content for the website, newsletters, blog articles and social media. Create visual content and communication materials (presentations, promotional assets). Plan and schedule social media content, primarily on LinkedIn. Support communication activities for webinars, workshops and events (materials, registration pages, follow-ups). Help maintain communication assets, templates and media libraries. Research communication trends in humanitarian innovation and technology for good.
